Case Studies
Amanda is currently appointed as the Auditor for the Melbourne and Launceston Airport as part of the Commonwealth Government’s PFAS Airports Investigation Program (the Program). The Melbourne Airport is subject to a Victorian EPA s208 risk of harm Audit.
The Audits involve considerations of the Program’s Investigation framework and national standards with respect to the detailed site investigations, human health and ecological risk assessments and hydrogeological studies being conducted at both Melbourne and Launceston.
Amanda and her support team are utilising years of technical experience within the PFAS investigation, risk assessment and remedial space to ensure that the work is robust, justified and fit for purpose. Amanda and her team have identified project risks early and have delivered all document reviews in a timely manner. The duration of the program is expected to extend into 2027.
