SAGE Environmental Services was engaged by the ACT Government to undertake a third-party assessment of the existing Remediation Action Plan (RAP) and to validate the proposed excavation extents and associated soil volume estimates. This review formed part of the due diligence process associated with the divestment of Parkes Block 12 Section 3 and Reid Block 12 Section 33.

Leveraging our team’s technical expertise and regulatory insight, SAGE provided critical inputs to provide assurance to the ACT Government regarding the divestment. SAGE provided timely inputs to an independent excavation model to verify the volumes associated with the development were accurate. Throughout the process the SAGE team highlighted opportunities for potential cost savings to the ACT Government.
